The E-SOL Day/Work Program offers a safe, supportive, and enriching environment where our interns are engaged in versatile programs aimed at maximizing their individual achievement and independence both at home and in the work place. They learn to develop skills and attitudes which enable them to work successfully in the most independent work environment possible. Our staff is dedicated to providing programs that promote safe and healthy living, self-advocacy, positive self-esteem and civic contribution. It is our fundamental belief that our interns should not be defined by their challenges but should be championed for their achievements and unique abilities.
